I can't log in to Command.
Make sure you are using the right link
You can log in to KW Command using the following link: https://agent.kw.com
Check your username & password
Your KW username is usually not your email address. Check for Caps Lock, correct spelling, or autofill saving an old password.
Try resetting your password
Click the "Forgot Password" link under the "Sign In" button to get to the Account Recovery page. Enter your username to reset your password. This will send a verification code to your email that you will need to input on the website, which will then let you set a new password.
If you do not know your username or did not receive a verification code, reach out to your Market Center Tech Trainer for assistance.

How do I access my KW Canva?
Make sure you are using the right link
Go to canva.kw.com to access your KW x Canva account. You can also find it in the "Marketing" applet of your Command.
Log in using your Command credentials
If you are not logged in to Command, log in using your Command credentials. If you are logged in already, it should automatically take you to your account.
